We occasionally offer select Elegant Cubs pieces on pre-order, giving you the opportunity to reserve your favourites before they're available to everyone else.

How Pre-Orders Work

When we release products on pre-order, you'll see a 'Pre-Order' label on the item, along with the Expected Ship Date and the final date to place your order.

What You Need to Know

  • Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock items
  • Pre-order quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Expected ship dates are estimates and may shift slightly. We'll keep you informed of any significant changes
  • Payment is required at checkout to reserve your pre-order
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way
  • Cancellations are welcome for a full refund before your item ships. Once shipped, our standard returns policy applies
  • Gift cards, loyalty rewards, and all standard payment methods are accepted for pre-orders
