Our team makes it a priority to ship your order out ASAP, If you need to cancel your order or change a shipping address, please reach out to us at info@elegantcubs.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Kindly Note, we are not responsible for re-shipping packages that did not have the correct shipping entered upon checkout.

Absolutely! Our products meet the highest organic textile standards, strictly limiting the use of bleaches, dyes, and other chemicals throughout the production process. We are also CPSIA & CCPSA -compliant, meaning every product undergoes rigorous CPSIA & CCPSA testing to ensure it is completely free from hazardous materials, so you can shop with total peace of mind.
SHIPPING
Currently we only offer shipping within the Canada and United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future, so stay tuned for updates! If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days, while international orders may take 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over a 100$
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on our website or through the courier's tracking page.
While we always aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
RETURNS
We will happily accept returns, within 14 days from the delivery on all items, excluding Sale Items. All returns should be unwashed, unused, tags are still attached and in original product packaging condition for a full refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees).
USA return shipping and any corresponding duties and taxes for all orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Once the warehouse has received your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued (less shipping and handling). Please allow 3-5 business days processing by your financial institution.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Yes! Gift items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or as a gift card.
Gift cards are not eligible for refund.
Oh no! If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product, we ask that you kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can fix the problem right away. When contacting us, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) along with the packaging your order arrived in so we can best assist you. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to respond.
We do not offer direct exchanges, however we want to make the process as simple as possible for you! Simply start a return request and let us know that you'd like an exchange. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue a gift card code to the value of your returned item.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on all orders, including gift items. In the event of a return, only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees will not be included in your refund amount regardless of the nature of the order.

Yes, we ship wholesale orders both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Our wholesale team will provide full details upon approval.

Coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per customer. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means you have used it on a past order, and our system cannot apply it again.
