Shipping Costs 📦

Elegant Cubs is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over CAD $100

  • Orders under CAD $50 (Canada): Flat rate of CAD $5.99
  • Orders under USD $50 (U.S.): Flat rate of USD $9.99

For U.S. orders, final costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, items purchased, and any applicable duties or taxes

Order Processing Time ⏱

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch
  • During storewide sales or new season launches, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days due to high order volumes

  • Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your order.  Elegant Cubs cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, undelivered, or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Gift card purchases do not count toward the free shipping threshold, to qualify, your cart must exceed $100 in physical products only
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays
