At Elegant Cubs, every piece is chosen with care. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • In original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Purchased directly from our online store.
  • Return requested and approved before sending — items sent without prior approval will not be processed.
  • Sent in a separate package with its designated return label. Orders cannot be combined.

Refunds: Only the product cost will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale Items

All sales are final. Items purchased during End of Season, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday sales, marked Final Sale, or purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

The only exception is if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a new item, return your original and place a fresh order once approved.

If you'd prefer store credit over a refund, we'll issue a gift card code to the value of your original purchase price upon receipt of your return. 

To redeem, apply your gift card code at checkout. Store credit and exchanges may be requested for gift orders.

Please note: Store credit excludes the tax portion of your order, as sales taxes are remitted to the government and can only be returned when a refund is issued to the original payment method. Taxes will apply again on your new order.

How to Start a Return

Email: info@elegantcubs.com with the subject: EC RETURN #[order number]

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your full name and the item(s) you're returning.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. CAD $5.99 for Canada and USD $9.99 for the USA.
  3. Ship your item(s) within 5 to 7 days of receiving the return label. Late shipments will not be accepted.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method.

Discount orders: Refunds reflect the amount paid, not the full RRP. Original packaging must be included, missing packaging may incur a handling fee.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away.

  • Contact us at info@elegantcubs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs.
  • Once confirmed, we'll offer a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).
  • Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Elegant Cubs.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to respond.

Lost Packages

Contact us at info@elegantcubs.com as soon as possible.

Please note: If a package was delivered to the correct address or signed for upon delivery, Elegant Cubs cannot be held responsible.
